Welcome to School of Scale (“SOS”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By participating in our programs, accessing our materials, or completing our assessments, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

  1. Program Eligibility & Participation

To participate in any SOS offering (Ignite, Elite, Mastery, or related initiatives), you must:

  • Be 18 years or older
  • Complete the relevant assessment(s) truthfully
  • Consent to follow-up communications regarding your readiness or suitability
  • Agree to these Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to accept or decline applicants based on our assessment results and program suitability criteria.

  1. Assessments & Qualification

As part of our onboarding process, participants may be asked to complete one or more of the following:

  • The School of Scale Readiness Test
  • The School of Scale Suitability Test
  • The School of Scale Package Test

Or any other evaluation tools designed to determine fit and timing for program participation. These assessments are designed to guide our team in matching you with the most appropriate support package or alternative offer. Submission of assessments does not guarantee admission into a specific program tier.

Customer ID Tracking:

To streamline internal communication, each participant may be assigned a unique Customer ID upon submission of any form or assessment. This ID may be used in all follow-up correspondence.

  1. Program Access & Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, session recordings, tools, templates, and documents provided within SOS are the intellectual property of School of Scale and/or its partners. You may not:

  • Share, resell, or redistribute program content
  • Record or distribute any part of live or pre-recorded sessions without express permission
  • Use SOS intellectual property for commercial gain without written consent

Program access is granted for the duration of your cohort and any explicitly stated post-program support period.

  1. Payment Terms & Refund Policy

All program fees must be paid in full (or via an approved installment plan) prior to commencement of program access. Once payment has been made:

  • All sales are final.
  • Money paid is non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • No deferrals or transfers to future cohorts are permitted unless expressly stated in writing.
  • By enrolling and submitting payment, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.
  1. Communication & Consent

By submitting your details through any of our online forms, assessments or program forms, you:

  • Consent to be contacted via email, phone, or messaging platforms for program updates, follow-ups, and support
  • Agree to have your data stored securely and used only within the context of your SOS engagement
  • We will not share your information with third parties without your permission, unless required by law.
  1. Code of Conduct

We expect all participants to maintain professionalism, respect others’ opinions, and adhere to the collaborative values of SOS. Breaches of conduct, including but not limited to harassment, abuse, or fraudulent activity, may result in removal from the program without refund.

  1. Limitation of Liability

SOS, its partners, affiliates, and facilitators shall not be held liable for any losses or damages (direct, indirect, or consequential) arising from:

  • Your participation in the program
  • Application of any advice or strategy presented in the program
  • Business outcomes resulting from or associated with the program

All learning outcomes are contingent on your implementation and external variables.

  1. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email and/or posted on our official platform.
